This was a great experience with some minor flaws. We love the combination of great food and a laid-back, informal atmosphere. Upon entering the restaurant you are greeted with a small drink before you are guided to your table. We decided to go for the vegetarian menu, which turned out to be an excellent choice and shows how much variation is possible by just using vegetables. The personal story from the chef is a nice little touch. Overall the service was very friendly, with some minor issues. They completely forgot one of the drinks we ordered and it took a long time between some dishes to be served. I'd also recommend to bring the presentation of the restrooms to the same high level as the food served (e.g. fill or cover little holes in the wall). We'll definitely come back another time as this combination of great food and atmosphere is hard to beat.

Such an experience! The food is amazing, tasty, beautiful and daring. There is nothing simple about the dishes. It's a mix of passion, science, taking risks...and playful at the same time. I don't put any photo cos.. You just have to try it!!!

Every course came with tiny details it looked like peace of art. The taste was even better all ingredients goes amazing together and it just explodes in your mouth (pure enjoyment). One of the greatest Michelins I’ve been, they always keep you wanting more with their food and details.

This was an amazing restaurant and food experience. We enjoyed every service. One can see a lot of thought went into the dishes. The atmosphere was also great with a relax mood being set. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Second time we've visited this restaurant. The first time food great, service terrible. The second time, sadly the same to report. We've sat twice this evening with no wine or water for more than 30 minutes; ignored by all staff. At one point my husband knocked his knife on the floor by accident. It was promptly taken away, so in jest (and frustration by this point) we added the wine glass to the floor. The waitress came and took the wine glass away....still did not ask if more wine is needed. Such a pity. Great food. Terrible attention to customer needs. This is the last time we will come here.

It can be a challenge to embrace your own identity and show the world who you truly are. If you need a few lessons in how to do so, spend an evening with Jermain and Edgaras and you will be enlightened! De Rozario is different; the recognize they are, they evangelize it, and they live up to it! Don't expect orchestrated friendliness and service, instead.. expect people being sincere, people being human! The best way to understand this is to experience it. And if you are a more traditional fine dining kinda person, this restaurant is a must for you to get a different perspective on gastronomy. I feel like I arrived as a guest, and left as a friend of De Rozario. Thanks for a great evening! Special thanks to sommelYe Edgaras for making this an unforgettable epic night!!!
